RENTER GATE CODE REQUEST

 

The security of our community is paramount for all residents.  To help keep our neighborhood safe, property owners renting their property are required to request a gate access code for the specific period the rental activity will take place – provided such rental is not in violation of our CC&Rs (or your condominium’s CC&Rs, if applicable).

To request a special gate access code for your renter, please download and complete the form below and submit it via email to the email addresses shown on the form.


Please note the following conditions:

  • The codes cannot be active for more than 30 days (if your renter is renting for a longer period, a new form must be submitted for each 30-day period).
  • The arrival and departure dates must be specified.
  • You must Initial the form, acknowledging you are responsible for actions committed by the renter.
  • The form must be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival of the renter.
