This page presents Realtor Data Sheet (RDS) forms submitted by local area realtors that have agreed to comply with the criteria established by the POA Board for realtors to be promoted herein (this form may be requested under the Forms menu). Emerald Pointe POA provides this list strictly for our members convenience and does not recommend or otherwise endorse firms on this list.

For Sale signs are limited to one per lot. Directional signs are not permitted. Signs must be professional in appearance (i.e., not hand-made) and pricing on signs is not permitted. Signs violating these standards will be removed.

REALTORS: Once you have submitted your Realtor Data Sheet, if you wish to be added to our Security system, use a "Contact Us/Security Admin" form, and provide your vehicle license plate number. This will enable you to use the Residents entrance rather than the Visitor gate when entering Emerald Pointe. You may optionally also request a windshield sticker, the cost of which is $5.00 (windshield stickers serve as a secondary backup method in the event your vehicle's license plate cannot be read properly).
