This incredible facility is a focal point for residents and their guests to enjoy. The clubhouse and its amenities provide a place where residents and their guests can enjoy special times together while making lifelong memories. The Emerald Pointe Club includes the clubhouse, lending library, pool and tennis court. The members of the Emerald Pointe Property Owners Association (EP POA) own the facility. The cost of operation and maintenance of these amenities is paid from POA dues. The use of these amenities is therefore restricted to EP property owners (residents) whose dues and any special assessments are paid up and to their guests/tenants. Residents are expected to care for these amenities during their use and are responsible for their behavior as well as that of their guests/tenants. Residents and their guests/tenants must abide by all rules. Violation of any rule by a resident, guest, or tenant may result in suspension of privileges.

The Clubhouse Committee operates under the guidance of the POA to oversee these amenities and their use. The Clubhouse Committee consists of volunteer residents and meets regularly.

Hours of operation: All club amenities are open for use from 8am-10pm unless the POA board approves an exception. Club facilities must be vacated by closing time. The fitness center hours are 5am-10pm. The door code for the clubhouse, pool and fitness center is available on the website under the Keypad Codes & WiFi menu option of the Resident Amenities/Clubhouse folder.

Parking Lot: The parking lot may only be used by members currently utilizing the clubhouse facility. No cars, trailers, etc. may occupy the parking area for any other reason and are subject to being towed (at the owner's expense), should this rule be violated.

Rental of amenities: The clubhouse may be reserved for private and community events. The pool, tennis courts and exercise room are NOT available for private rental. They will remain available to residents during all hours of operation. 

Tenants (long term renter): Any resident may delegate their right of enjoyment of the amenities to their tenants who reside on their EP property. Such residents shall notify the Association, in writing, of the name of any such tenant and dates of residency. The rights and privileges of such a tenant are subject to suspension to the same extent as those of the resident and shall be terminated immediately when residency is no longer in effect. The resident is responsible for notifying the POA of such termination. 

Nightly renters:  Short-term or nightly renters may have access to and use clubhouse amenities while they are renting here at Emerald Pointe if the owner approves such use. The owner is responsible for the rental even if the owner is not present. Door codes must be obtained from the owner since the owner is the one responsible. Use of all amenities will cease immediately at the end of their rental period.
