Have something you would like to sell or looking for something to buy? Maybe you just have some extra "stuff" you no longer want or need? You can list your ad here (yes, for free). POA members only, please.
Guidelines:
1. Ads will be removed after 90 days.
2. Include complete contact information in the listing
3. Webmaster (and Board members) will NOT respond to requests for more information on listings.
4. Webmaster reserves the right to remove any listing deemed inappropriate.
5. Only members in good standing can post ads. Ads posted by past-due members will be removed.
The POA assumes no responsibility for transactions arising from these classifieds. Nor do we make any warranties, implied or explicit for such.
Ads for Lots/Homes/Condos should be placed on their respective Want Ads page. Services (either wanted or offered) should be placed on the Want Ads: Services page.
