Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, roads are treated whenever accumulation reaches three (3) inches. In the event of 3 inches or less, and dependent on the forecast, roads are treated on an as-needed basis.
In the event a forecast calls for freezing rain and/or sleet, we will treat the roads when appropriate to ensure the most effective use of the treatment.
There may be situations when road conditions are fine during the day, but "refreezing" occurs after sunset. If you encounter such a situation, please contact the board via the POA website's "Contact" form.
