ONLINE PAYMENTS

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET REGISTERED FOR AN ACCOUNT, YOU MUST DO SO BEFORE USING THIS FUNCTION.

Emerald Pointe members can use a convenient online payment option to pay invoices. You may pay using either a bank account or a credit card. Please note online payments will include a small fee added to your payment amount. (charged by the processor, not the POA). In the case of a bank payment, this fee is 1.4% whereas the use of a credit card for your payment will incur a fee of 3.2% plus a fixed fee of $0.80 (keep in mind, if you earn a 2% reward rebate for using your credit card, for example, it may be as or even less expensive to pay via credit card rather than from a bank account).

The formula used to determine the amount charged:

Charge = (net amount owed + fixed fee) / (1 - percentage fee).

Stored payment methods are used to make payments on our community website. Credit/debit cards can optionally be stored for convenience, but bank accounts require a verification process that takes a few days, so they will need to be stored first before using them.

Please note this feature is for payment of Emerald Pointe POA balances only - it is NOT meant for payment of any Condominium or Villa HOA dues!

Further, the online payment feature uses a leader in the field - Stripe - to handle the entire payment process behind the scenes. This is the same company that processes payments for Google, Amazon, Salesforce, Uber, Expedia, Spotify, and millions of other companies across the globe. They are also certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Sensitive data like bank account information, credit card numbers, and other details never touch our system—they're handled entirely by this payment processing company.
