Account Setup

After you have completed your Information Form, you will receive two emails from Virtual Guard containing instructions for establishing your account on their website. The first email provides your username and the second, separate email provides an initial temporary password. Once your account is established, you should then set up a permanent password.

At your first login you will be asked to set your permanent password.
