Unlicensed vehicles operating within the boundaries of Emerald Pointe must be registered with the POA. Vehicles must display registration stickers provided by the POA on both the lower right front of the windshield (or right front fender if the vehicle has no windshield) as well as the right rear fender of the vehicle.

For a complete list of the community's rules for such vehicles, see the Policies menu. To register your vehicle, you must sign an Indemnity Form (found under the Forms menu) and provide proof of insurance (with the POA as a named insured on your policy). There is a $10 annual registration fee.

If you have an unregistered vehicle, use this form to contact the team overseeing this requirement. You will be contacted, and arrangements made to meet with you at our clubhouse to complete the registration process. Operating an unlicensed - and unregistered - vehicle within the community will result in a fine.
